Weiss, would the environment have been cleaned up? And, how has deregulation worked with the banking industry? The founding fathers argument is hooey. Who among them was a conservative? George Washington and Thomas Jefferson wouldn't recognize themselves in this book. Look back at the last 100 years. What have the conservatives done for anyone (except themselves?
